    Non Usage: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
    Non-damage (Product): The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears, or holes.
    Non-damage (Packaging): The original packaging should be undamaged and intact.
  3. Conditions for Return and Replacement
    Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:
    • Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged condition.
    • Defective Product: If the product is defective or malfunctions.
    • Incorrect Product: If an incorrect product is delivered.
